This doesn’t make sense. How man minutes for Every Minute on the Minute?
It’s Every Minute on the Minute while doing the 31 reps of each exercise.
For example: At the 1 minute mark if you have 25 jumping lunges completed, you stop and do 3 burpees and 1 dumbbell man maker and then you resume your jumping lunges. Then you start your spiderman push ups and you only get 15 or so done before the 2 minute mark… you stop and do 3 burpees and 1 dumbbell man maker and then resume your spiderman push ups. Basically every minute throughout the work out (as long as it takes you) you stop at each minute and do 3 burpeess and 1 dumbbell man maker.

Is there any download like the tabata that times every min on the min? That sure would be nice.
Would like to know if there is a download or an app that will do a EMOM. That would be nice if so
Kara: I posted the link I use for TABATA and EMOM workouts. For EMOM, I simply enter zero to indicate no breaks/rest. I love the site because you could choose a count down for starting and ending an exercise.
