3 reps short of my 7th set. Did renegade rows 6 rows per arm, and used 65 lbs. With a barbell instead of dumbbell thrusters.
8 rounds plus 8 wall balls. This one was dtepceively tough. Toes to bar definitely got me in the end. Wall balls and box jumps went unbroken but started to break up t2b around round 4. Abs are feeling it today!Nice work everyone!
