**RX weight (recommended weight) for dumbbell thrusters is 20lb dumbbells for women, 30lb dumbbells for men**
This is real similar to my signature workout. I call it “the triple threat”. Same up and down ladder, exercises are: Pull ups, burpees, tire flips. Can substitute deadlifts for tire flips if you don’t have one. If you like this one, give mine a try.
Do you suggest completing all of the same exercises in the ladder (1,2,3,4… burpees and then 1,2,3,4… thrusters) or all three exercises together as a set up the ladder (1 burpee, 1 thruster, 1 sit-up…)..? Thanks!
You would do 1 burpee, 1 db thruster and 1 sit up. The next round would be 2 burpees, 2 db thrusters, 2 sit ups and so on…
