Confused about how many of each exercise to do and for how long?
I take it you work for a minute and rest a minute or what?

Here is how the ladder works:
You start off by doing 1 tuck jump, 1 dumbbell power clean and then 1 dumbbell push press. Then you do 2 tuck jumps, 2 dumbbell power cleans and then 2 dumbbell push press. Then you do 3 and you keep on increasing the amount of reps for each round.
Once 10 minutes has passed by… if you’ve made it to round 7… you’re next round will be 6, then 5, then 4 and so on… back down the ladder!
This is a 20 minute work out — half the work out you go up the ladder and the other half is going down…
